Industrial-Organizational Psychology applies the science of psychology to the workplace. We have three full-time and three part-time faculty leading and contributing to our
students' coursework, research, and applied experiences. We all completed our doctoral
training (PhDs) in I-O Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or Organizational 领导/Development
项目. Our MSIO program follows a scientist医生 model and as such, our
faculty are scientists and practitioners with active research
项目 and/or consulting work. Examples of our varied areas of study/activity include
work-nonwork interaction, intercultural competencies, gamification, veteran and active
military support, and mindfulness interventions. Most of our faculty are also very
actively involved with the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP,
